Inclusion begins with recognizing the strength gained from difference. Too often our differences are minimized, ignored or dismissed. Working with D&I thought leaders Jean Mavrelis and Tom Kochman (KMA), Kimberly Lord has created programs that explore cultural differences in the workplace and transform views on hiring practices, performance reviews and leadership development.
